What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong administrative and operational experience, including rostering, payroll or coordination tasks
  • Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery, incident management, employee relations and workplace health & safety
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, stakeholders and the local community
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational and time management skills
  • Local area knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia
